I just checked into the Nimman Design Hotel, and I’m already impressed! The customer service is incredibly friendly and welcoming. The staff went out of their way to ensure everything was smooth and made me feel at home. The atmosphere here is cozy and beautifully designed, and I can’t wait to explore more of what the hotel has to offer. A great start to my stay!

Beautiful hotel with amazing customer service! We got the airport transfer and the driver greeted us with a little sign with our name on it (super cute) and was super helpful with our bags. Front desk staff gave us really useful information about the area to help us find food and local shops.

I had the opportunity to stay here for 4 days and 3 nights during the Loy Krathong festival. Given the very reasonable price, there are definitely both positives and drawbacks.

Pros:
- The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, always serving with a smile and going out of their way to assist you.
- The hotel is located in the Nimman area, which means you're within walking distance to many places, making it very convenient (though you'll need to walk a bit to exit the neighborhood).
- The breakfast served is delicious.

Cons:
- The sound insulation is poor. It's not just the planes flying overhead every night, but also random noises from around the hotel, including people talking or closing doors.
- The water heater is problematic. Despite the instructions, the water temperature fluctuates drastically, either being too hot or too cold, making showering quite a hassle.

Overall, I still enjoyed my stay.

I am very pleased with the staff professional service, especially Ram and James. Both of them are very meticulous and detailed with their service. They go beyond their call of duty to check our enqueries and provide good suggestions and guidance to us during our stay. The hotel is clean and well maintain.

Amazing hotel! We stayed in two different rooms, both in perfect condition, very clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The staff was incredibly attentive from check-in to check-out, always ensuring everything was perfect. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of options, even dishes that could easily count as lunch for a Brazilian. When I return to Chiang Mai, I will definitely stay here again!
