We had a lovely stay here for the last night of our honeymoon in the Elephant suite.
The room was very spacious. The service was excellent. Everyone from the doorman, the maids, the restaurant server, and the front desk attendant were very polite and welcoming.
The hotel has river views and a cute bar. It is not as luxurious as some of the other resorts nearby, but it has a much cheaper cost.

I really love this hotel except for some irritating facts.
⁃ There was no wall plug near the bed which made my life difficult.
⁃ Breakfast is very basic, lack of variety and on some days - they never restock when an item is finished.
⁃ There was no tall mirror in room.
⁃ On one particular day, the housekeepers didn’t put new toiletries.
Amongst of all, I would have given 5 stars if the following incident didn’t happen.
⁃ They tried to charge me for mini bar usage which I didn’t even care to have. I had to insist that I am not paying for what I didn’t use it at all. I literally do not like that receptionist’s attitude. It might be because they couldn’t find it as I have moved all the mini bar items from the fridge to outside of it (which is just beside it and I clearly told them that which I’m not sure they have enough understanding of English to get that) to have some space for my own food as I stayed there for like 8 days or there were no such items in it from the first place. Speaking of fridge, it is really inconvenient that they put it on an upper shelf which doesn’t make sense at all.
Besides these above things, I like this place for-
⁃ it’s quite clean with always fresh smelling sheets and towels
⁃ The room is quite spacious and it has an elevator
⁃ The place is quite serenely decorated, kind of cozy and I guess they even have their customized aroma for the lobby
⁃ The night shift receptionist guy is very helpful and cheerful, and almost all the staff are nice and helpful too except that daytime receptionist who has an attitude problem
⁃ The neighborhood is quite quiet I would recommend this hotel to anyone who needs to stay in that area with fair price. But please do check your bill at the checkout.

The hotel is terrible！The breakfast is super yuck！
I have never been eaten so much horrible taste ever！and it charged $400 Baht！BYW The service is also indescribable！I pay $10000 Baht two nights for elephant suite and just got a lots of anger！

When you walk in the lobby is nice then walk out to the courtyard it is really lovey with a view of the river. The rooms are very large and well appointed. We stayed in the Elephant Suite. They are a darker wood but it really suits the room. We loved the look of a swinging bed ( it doesn’t really swing). The pool is nice but not heated. The exercise room is small but clean with bottled water. The dining area is both inside or outside and the staff are great. We spent 5 nights and would have liked to stay longer. Highly recommend

A beautiful, relaxed hotel with friendly and super helpful staff - we will most definitely return!  Breakfast menu was amazing - especially for our super fussy kids there was a selection of everything (western to suit their tastes) - good coffee, lovely ambience and a smiley friendly face from our waiters every morning.  The hotel itself is set in the most idyllic grounds, right on the river.  We had breakfast right by the river on a few mornings and it was really peaceful.  The rooms were well equipped and serviced every day which was a real treat. Water in abundance and tea and coffee making facilities.  Cannot say anything negative about this place...... love it!
