An hour wait for a table was well worth it for this incredible menu of flavor packed perfectly cooked northern Thai delicacies.

The fried pork belly underwhelmed given the weak meat & fat to bone ratio and green chile dip rang a bit heavy on fish sauce but the curries and soups were a revelation.

Authentic place for sure. Watch out your head walking around. Ceilings are very low. Most of authentic northern Thai food is spicy and extra spicy. Keep it in mind. Green tea in sachets :(

For Caucasian hobos I recommend fried rice. It’s really good here. Fried sausages aren’t juicy, just dry :(

Went to this restaurant to get an introduction to Northern Thai cusine.

There is a wide variety of dishes served and platters offered that allow for trying of mutiple dishes. I found this to be a good reference point for understanding other dishes to look out for and explore on our trip.

All of the food is prepared well and is of good quality for the price paid.

Do be prepared to wait in line for at least 30 minutes to one hour. If you are very hungry, it may be better to go somewhere else.

The restaurant is lovely, you're welcomed by a garden when you first enter. It's much bigger inside than you would think. Service is fast and polite and food comes fast too. Because people tend to order the same few dishes those will come fast. Food was warm and fresh, unlike what some other reviews said. Great place to try a whole variety of northern Thai food at once as they do smaller portions
