Had a good experience at the beach! Nam from pine bar and Fahut + Bank from the beach team were very helpful. I think the QR code and buzzer system is very efficient and easy. The beach itself is very nice and the water is warm. It is nice to go back and further between the beach and pool. They also have great cocktails!

We had an unforgettable dining experience on the beach at Intercontinental Phuket in Kamala. The food was absolutely delicious, with fresh ingredients and expertly crafted flavors. The drinks were refreshing, well-balanced, and made with high-quality ingredients—perfect for enjoying by the beach.

What truly made our visit special was the outstanding service provided by our waiter, Joke. He was warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic meal. His friendly personality and attention to detail made us feel truly welcomed. If you’re looking for an amazing beachfront dining experience with top-notch service, this is the place to be!

The resort is absolutely gorgeous with large spacious and beautifully decorated rooms. You are welcomed in with a delicious welcome snack and tea (pictured). We loved our time lounging at the beach front pool area. The chairs are very comfortable and steps away from the ocean and white sand beach. The staff at the beach were wonderful and got us into two chairs immediately. We had both a lunch and dinner at the Pine Beach Bar. Joke is one of the servers and he is so sweet and kind. And First was very sweet too. We loved the ceviche tacos and the pizzas were great too! The soft shell grab sandwich was huge (pictured!). Pine Beach Bar even had live music during our dinner. They make a great Old Fashioned and Espresso Martini and we also love the Sea Salt and Lime Summerlin beer. Refreshing and unique. Ta was very welcoming at the beach as well. Great and relaxing experience all around!

We spent three incredible days at this hotel, and everything—from the room to the spa—was absolute perfection. The service was outstanding, with a special mention for the spa, which was both relaxing and rejuvenating.

We traveled with our three-year-old son, and the staff went above and beyond to make him feel welcome. The Kids’ Club was phenomenal, providing a wonderful space for children to enjoy themselves. The pool and the beach were equally delightful, offering a serene and relaxing atmosphere.

If you’re looking for an exceptional experience in Phuket, this is the place to be!

Not the most kid friendly place.
I have previously book a resort in Krabi and spent $10k +++ and stayed there for 5 days. When I came here I just booked a mediocre room. It felt like if you didn’t have a premium room here all the staff wanted to mention it. Not the best treatment if you don’t have  a premium room. It’s just funny because overall this place isn’t even that top tier or expensive. The person who checked us in was great and some of the waitresses were very nice as well. However the vibe is off if you have children with you or if you didn’t book a premium room. The highlights of this place are the pools . Beach is not that great and the “Michelin” restaurant is not good at all food is a solid 6. I have eaten at some of the best restaurants in the world and I’m not that picky but this place was not good. Overall this place  is 6/10 for me and will probably not return. I hope to give you all and honest review so you can enjoy your vacation. This perspective is coming from an American dad with a 5 year old son. The Muay Thai instructor was great just want to mention that as well.
