Community mall right by the BTS station and close to many offices. There's many restaurants, Cafe and supermarket. During lunch time this community mall is full of workers coming for lunch. There's limited parking space and quite expensive parking fee, so if you use the parking ensure to keep an eye on the watch 😅

One of the best urban community mall in BKK, sitting right in one of the busiest business district.

BTS Ari literally sitting on its doorsteps, as well as sitting right on the main road (Paholyothin), accessibility is super convenient.

It has a very good mix of tenants to keep everyone happy, from nail spa & Skin Dr., dry cleaning to the latest fad KOF & Gram and some food trucks.

Good key tenants, Villa Market, Fuji, Starbucks, Boots, Grey Hound, After You and etc., all in all a good range of eateries to satisfy everyone.

Facilities wise, parking can be a problem when busy though, plenty of clean loos 😁.

Like the design, decor. and layout a lot 👍. There are 3 levels.
