I found this joint when I was looking for a Michelin Guide restaurant named "Sriruen Pad Thai (Ruenchit Road)." When I walked to that location, there were no places under the name. So, I asked locals, and it turned out the diner has changed address and moved a few hundred meters away from the original location. I walked to the new address, and there I am!
This is where I tried Pad Thai and honestly loved it. The combination of diverse known and new tastes ends in a smooth closure in my mouth. The place is far from fancy, which is my type, too.
The two hunams working here were also very kind and considerate.

This is the best Pad Thai I've ever had. There is literally nothing I enjoy eating more than this Pad Thai.

If you are anywhere near Nai Mueang Khon Kaen, do yourself a favor and order some Sriruen Pad Thai.

Their Hoy Tod is also fantastic.

The shop is on the outskirts of Khon Kaen city. You can park on the roadside. Near the shop.

At the shop selling Pad Thai, pork, shrimp wrapped in egg, with thin noodles and glass noodles. which has already been cooked Plus, add pork rind.

🍽️ Pork Pad Thai 55 baht. Stir-fried with all the ingredients. Ready to cook. You can eat it right away. Delicious and mellow. There are bean sprouts, banana blossom and chives as side vegetables.

🍽️ Pad Thai wrapped in egg and shrimp, 70 baht. I have a few complaints about this menu. due to shrimp Not stir-fried into Pad Thai Just boil it and it's done. The taste of the shrimp was a little bland. But the Pad Thai is delicious.

ทานที่ร้านวันที่ 26/1/68 ประมาณ 19.30 น. สั่งผัดไทยวุ้นเส้นห่อไข่กุ้งสด รสชาติกลางไม่เข้มข้น คงเผื่อให้แต่ละคนปรุงเอง มีกุ้งสด 2 ตัว อยากให้มีกุ้งตัวใหญ่เพิ่มมาเป็นราคาสูงขึ้นมาอีกหน่อยก็รับได้และใช้จานใบใหญ่ขึ้นมาหน่อยจะช่วยให้อาหารจานนี้พิเศษและน่าทานมากขึ้น

Ate at the restaurant on 26/1/68 around 7:30 p.m. Ordered Pad Thai with glass noodles wrapped in eggs and fresh shrimp. The taste is medium and not intense. Probably allow each person to cook it themselves. There are 2 fresh shrimps. I would like to have extra large shrimps for a slightly higher price, but that is acceptable and using a slightly larger plate will help make this dish more special and appetizing.
