Every dish was delicious and beautifully presented. The service is good, they will observe your eating status and change your plate in time. Will help take beautiful photos, it is suitable even if you come alone. The environment is comfortable.

Very good restaurant indeed with consecutive Michelin star over the years. We went for a la carte menu. There is plenty of choices to go for, impossible to sample all interesting dishes once only, so one has to choose wisely. There are recommended dishes clearly visible in the menu and this we followed. For those who are not familiar with Thai cuisine and customs, all what was ordered will arrive at a same or nearly the same time. All in all, good experience and will be back some time from now.

Khao was a very rare 1-star Michelin restaurant in Bangkok that does not serve tasting menu to be ranked. I came here several times and I always feel happy and satisfied with the services and the foods, one of best Thai food restaurants in Bangkok with many choices, big-portions delicious and reasonable prices.

Just heard that they have lost the 1-star Michelin this year and fell so surprised about that news. Michelin voters in Thailand seem to love and promote the kind of restaurants with tiny, expensive colorful cheated tasting menu only, but I never give a shit about theirs 😀

This is the first time I rated a one-star review for a restaurant when the food is actually delicious.

I am arranged to sit at the corner table where the air-conditioning is super strong like freezing.

And why would you serve all 4 dishes to our table at the same time? So rush like within 1 minute?

The food actually tastes really good but then turned cold in 5-10 minutes and I needed to rush to finish the food before the dishes turned cold.

It is a stupid unacceptable table management mistake for a michelin-one star. Period.
