It was a lovely experience. The food was excellent and the staff was very kind.

This dining experience is not only about the food it's about the time you spend there. It's different from other fine dining concepts that's for sure.

The staff was super helpful at all times. Although Gagaan was not there as a host, Fabio did a really good job in doing all the narratives. Actually I don't think Gaggan could have done it better.

I want to point out that the wine pairing was the best I had so far and I had been at 10+ fine dining restaurants. Sadly I forgot the name of the sommelier.

Love the way the food is presented and very well crafted. It’s a different Gaggan than what it used to be. Maybe better or more engaging and very theatrical. At times intimidating, but you’re here for a unique experience. There are lighting drama, food presentation exhibition and lots of singing at the end. If you don’t like having a nice meal in a club-like ambience, then this is not your place because the music can get very loud. It’s good to experience for once. I would come back here if a different theme or experience is offered. I’d say worth the price, although it’s something that you will only do (to spend a hefty price) once in your life.

I’m sorry. The fact that this restaurant is number 9 on the list is quite laughable. The innovative concept and storytelling? Sure. It does offer theatrical elements and quite lengthy speeches from the employees. But there is no single dish that is outstanding in terms of flavor or techniques. I wouldn’t have been able to enjoy the night at all without wine pairing. There is no real ‘new interpretation’ of the traditional indian dishes. The pacing of the serving and the execution left a lot to be desired.

Electric atmosphere not meant for those looking for pinky up fine dining. They want you to have fun and enjoy delicious food. You will taste, sip, sing, dance, and laugh. Every dish has a story and the entire staff is engaged and passionate. Dessert is sprinkled throughout the tasting menu which is great. Wine pairing is included in the seat price and they have a non alcoholic option if you don’t want the wine. Everyone is seated in an L shape and served at the same time. One of the courses has participates making the food with help from the chefs. They not only adjust for any dietary restrictions but also foods that you don’t particularly love - in my case mushrooms (I know-sad).

Best degustation experience we have had in a while. Incredible food paired with delicious wine, great music, and an immersive experience making for a damn good time. 5 stars all the way.
