When my partner took me down a tiny lane with a tiny door… I thought… is this Havana Social? It looks a bit… scruffy. Lo & behold! Once you enter the bar, it’s absolutely beautiful like an old world Cuba during the Prohibition.

We came on Thursday night and the crowd comes after 10:30pm and heaps of Halloween party goers , general public, locals and tourists - all came for drinks and dancing. Cocktails are delicious, live band on mezzanine floor which is good because we have more space to dance below.

It’s a vibey and well decorated atmosphere. Feels like a hidden speakeasy based on the decor, architecture, and lighting.
However, when we started dancing we were told by the staff to “have a seat” and asked many times to order within the first 20 minutes while we were waiting for our friend. After we ordered, the bill was brought right away in a somewhat forceful manner. It felt like all they cared about was us buying these few drinks.
We went on a Wednesday and it was as busy as you’d expect (not very). The Dj was actually really good! Good place to sit and enjoy some music.
The drinks range from 150-over 1000 baht.
They gave us peanuts for the table.
There are hats by the door you can wear for a fun vibe.
They check IDs at the door. My friends picture of her passport was fine.

Lovely little spot for cocktails. Definitely more on the premium end for Thailand, but coming from London, it's still cheaper than there! Roughly 350/400 bhat per cocktail plus a service charge and VAT on top. Was kindly gifted a shot for my birthday as well from the very attentive staff. The Cuban theme speak easy inside has a very authentic feel as well. A great little escape from the bustling madness of Bangkok! There is a decent menu with many pages of options to choose from. I have attached the cocktail pages for anyone interested in seeing more about what's on offer there.

Amazing Speakeasy Bar. Great Cocktails in a venue designed like Cuba in the 50s. They even have a Cigar room which is kinda hard to find in Bangkok. Definitely check it out. Oh their is supposed to be salsa nights too.
