Service was bad. Waiters and waitresses can not speak English or Thai. They are not Thai, maybe that's why. There was no guidance or advice on where we could sit. We consistently need to look for the staff and seek their services, which was extremely difficult to find someone who wanted to talk to us.

Food was average, not worth the price. The picture from the menu was nice, but it doesn't really match the taste. Toilet smells horrible. Cigarettes and smokes are everywhere.

Came here for breakfast with my boyfriend. The restaurant is very clean and appealing to the eye and has a beautiful view of the water.
The server was kind & on the ball and the pancake breakfast with bacon was so good. We also had an iced coffee and the apple, mango + pineapple smoothie.
Will definitely return.

The location is perfect! You are on the beach and a 2min walk from Bangla road. Lots to do close by day and night. The rooms are spacious and clean the pool view/beach view rooms are great.
All the staff we came across were so lovely particularly Candy and Alice at the front desk along with the hotel manager they were lovely and very accommodating. Ley in restaurant/bar was also so lovely and very helpful. Overall we had a wonderful stay.

The beach club let someone bring their own firework into the club on New Year’s Eve and the person dropped it after lighting it. A bunch of people including myself got burned and it could have been much worse than it was. Absolutely unacceptable after charging over $220 USD a person. Kudos to the wait staff for helping treat the wound but security should have never let this happen. Absolutely terrible experience
