The worst hotel I stayed at. The staff doesn’t speak any English and anything we requested was not done. The room was smelly and moldy. We asked to clean it up 3 times but no one came. They also had outside path by the pool with loud music and thai karaoke till midnight. It was impossible to sleep there. I will never stay there again.

We stayed here 2 nights whist passing through Phuket and it's not worth the stop

The price is way to high for the standard of the hotel

The whole building including the rooms are old, very much needing refurbished , dirty , lots of hair and the air conditioning didn't work blowing warm air then cool and the noise was so loud

The front of the hotel you choose from the smell of sewage or marijuana.

The hotel is very noisy both day and night

The breakfast was really bad, poor selection, cold, not good quality and you eat in a big conference room.

I sent photos to air B&B and received 30% refund which still makes the hotel well over priced

There is not much around and the gold course is old and tired looking.

A nice quiet hotel with pretty big clean rooms, everything you need you have there: a/c, tv, hot shower with all the stuff needed for it, a kettle, a fridge etc. The breakfast is mostly Thai food (very good one and not too spicy for those who don't like) and European one (like pancakes, toasts, fried eggs. The stuff is nice and the location is ok. Also they have a restaurant there and the reception works 24 hrs

Not good at all. The room are so noisy that it’s not possible to sleep at all. The bulding quality is terrible the door is so noisy and impossible to close. You will hear everytime someone in the building close the door. You can also see trough them so all outside noise will come trough. The window is the same story and give no noise reduction from the road at all. It seems like the hotel is bulit with the ceapest materials as possible. Shower handle was broken too. And the water pipe gave a screaming noise every time someone open the tap. Pool area was ok tough. And the location is ok near golf course.
Will not recommend this as it is per now.
