From the moment I arrived, NITAN impressed with its thoughtfully curated ambiance. The décor struck a harmonious balance between traditional Thai elements and contemporary European aesthetics—a visual prelude to the fusion of tradition and innovation that defined the evening.

The restaurant offers a prix fixe menu, accompanied by an optional wine pairing that I chose to include. The pairing was meticulously selected, complementing the seasonal dishes with a refined precision that demonstrated the sommelier’s expertise. For those who prefer a different approach, an additional wine and beverage list is available, offering a variety of curated selections to suit individual tastes. Having reflected on my visit and reviewed the attached photos, I firmly believe that NITAN merits consideration for a Michelin star. It is a gem that stands out not only in Phuket but within the broader sphere of fine dining.

The experience in Niran restaurant was very pleasant. I'm a fine dining lover and did enjoy the tasting menu a lot. The first starter was very surprising in a positive way and in general I would consider half of the dishes as very elevated. The current menu has a lot of fish which I liked but my partner who is not the biggest fan of fish still enjoyed a lot. He was positively surprised how good seafood can be. The location is absolutely nice and has a natural touch. All the dishes have an interested history. After visiting Michelin and fine dining restaurants all over the world I would not say top notch but definitely worth a visit for a nice evening. The staff was super cute and attentive and we had our joy with guessing different ingredients hidden in courses. Thank you Niran Team

When I made the reservation, I noted it was for a birthday celebration, but didn't anticipate any special treatment. To our delight, the staff went above and beyond. They wrote "Happy Birthday" on one of our dishes and even took an instant photo of us, which truly made our dinner memorable.

Passionately served! I was great dinner - everything is thoughtful, the food is tasty, I especially loved all the soup menu, definitely come back to try the new season course.

The portions seemed small (personally think it’s normal for this type of restaurant) but at the end I was stuffed!! Great atmosphere too.
