I am very surprised indeed by the very negative reviews. I have been here many times over the years and, in my experience,  the service has always been prompt and polite without being over-bearing. Small tips are always welcome and that MIGHT be the key to improved service!
The drink prices are very reasonable considering that there is normally live music to be enjoyed and played at a volume that is not too loud.
If you sit in the NE corner, you get fresh air from two sides, and the max distance from the stage.
I cannot recall ever eating here - I don't like loud music when dining - so no comments on the food.
I shall be back - probably in February, ISA.

An open bar situated in Patong area. There was a live band playing and singing when were passing so we decided to go in.
We had couple of drinks and enjoyed the music and danced a bit.
Staff are friendly and prices are ok

Best live band bar at the beginning of the strip.  Bar none.  You go and see May and she will give you great service.  The house band is exceptional and again, best on that strip.
Mark is exceptional at vocals.  And Mr. Sunshine... forget about it.

One of the best live band I’ve heard here!
The staff is also very nice. I had lost my phone but the staff members were very helpful to get me back my phone. They helped me look into CCTV and were helping on me in anyway possible for them. I would like to give the 5 stars for the super helpful nature of people they were and helped me in in the unknown country since I was all alone.

We had fun on this bar!! The live band is amazing, they can sing good song and no resting time as they have 4 singers who take turns to sing. The band is bery versatile as they can sing from 80s song to Eminem song 🤣 I really enjoyed my night here at this bar.
