Finally opened!!
Great food and good vibe. The sake was really special - even for someone who doesn’t drink, it tasted very smooth and I just kept going. 🤩
The staff were super friendly. Really enjoyed the dining experience.
Should come before sunset, the view is spectacular. 🌇

I have eaten at several Nobu’s around the world. And am a regular at the Perth one. I Was very excited to try out the worlds highest and biggest Nobu. Despite booking a month ahead, we were seated in quite possibly the worst seat in the place, in the back corner with a downlight so bright it may has well been a spotlight, the only alternative they offered was a seat at a sushi bar where there was no one else and no vibe or atmosphere. Either option was bad. No alternatives offered.

Service itself was all over the place, our initial drink order was forgotten and only come out 30 minutes later, after it was followed up on.

Food came out in random orders, first was yellowtail, next was tacos, then popcorn prawn with nashi salmon, then black cod miso, then the sushi and flambe wagyu together. Usually the cold stuff comes out first then the hot but this one was literally all over the shop.

Tacos themselves were stale, black cod miso was overcooked and burnt, popcorn prawn was very salty, and finally the wagyu flambe was overcooked despite ordering medium rare.

The assistant manager Max did his best to try make the situation better which is to his credit.

The venue itself is amazing and quite big, the restaurant dining area itself is quite small and strange layout.

Hopefully it improves in the future, as it has a long way to go to be true Nobu standard. Especially when it cost over 10,000 baht

Yesterday, I had the pleasure of visiting Nobu Bangkok, the highest Nobu restaurant in the world, located on the 58th floor of Empire Tower.

The breathtaking view paired perfectly with the exquisite dishes, offering an unforgettable dining experience. Having dined at Nobu in London, I was pleased to find the same signature quality and attention to detail in every bite. From the fresh sashimi to the creative fusion plates, every dish was a masterpiece.

Nobu Bangkok truly lived up to the global reputation, making it a must-visit for any food lover.

Brand new Food Destination in Bangkok. Just opened on 18 Sept 2024. Amazing setup, amazing views from the 58th floor, fabulous indoor and outdoor seating. Brilliant vegetarian sumptuous food ! No rice no noodles though. Fabulous hospitality and topmost care ❤️ and service 😀.  Must visit

We have tired Nobu restaurant before in Dubai.
And this Nobu in Bangkok was great too.

Enter lower floor with nice entrance to elevator that very fast to go up to 58 floor.

Food and service here was great.
My son love Black cod the most.
I do recommend yellowtail jalapeño
My favorite of all time is spinach salad with shrimp.
That’s scallops with foie gras was fantastic.
Beef with red sauce was too strong for me.

Staff very attentive.
Just that when the elevator open at 58 floor we got little confuse because we can not see welcome desk you need to go inside of the restaurant first.
