We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was incredible. Their attention to detail and customer service is outstanding. They go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need and more. The hotel was gorgeous, spacious and clean. The food was also amazing- chef Mauricio is so talented and food manager Omar is so attentive. Once we came we didn’t leave the hotel again. We had a complimentary tennis lesson (with Chud who was so fun and nice), and did complimentary kayaking, snoring and paddle boarding. I also got an amazing Thai massage from Ally. We also reserved a private dinner on the beach which was so romantic and special. I couldn’t recommend more!

Wow, this hotel is a 100 out of 10. Everything about this place is so thoughtful. There were so many small details that blew us away. The staff is so accommodating. The breakfast buffet is excellent. My husband and I also got a couples package at the spa and it was the best massage I’ve ever had. We visited during southern Thailand’s rainy season but still had some nice weather and spent a lot of time on the private beach. We hope to come back during the dry season next time.

We had an extraordinary time here on our recent trip. The staff was all very friendly, but I really have to compliment Chud on his incredible hospitality. He truly made the visit for us. The restaurants on site are delicious, the amenities are beautiful, the rooms are spacious, and we look forward to staying here again in the future!

We booked our anniversary for two nights at this beautiful hotel, but after spending half a day we decided to expand our vacation and delay our flight so we can enjoy the peaceful and relaxing environment.

We came here with our 3 year old, and the minute you step into the premises you can feel the peace and quiet surrounding the hotel, so if you're looking for a peaceful and relaxing place this is the place for you.

For us we had a great day and then joined a daily activity from yoga classes in the morning to a local bike ride with a great instructor.

Our little one enjoyed the surrounding nature, there is no kids club and that is amazing! But there is a daily activity that is great for kids, from Thai dessert making to gardening, feeding the goats at the small farm, and just relaxing by the pool or the beach. We love that this hotel does not have to create tons of activities all the time because it is a place to relax.

Location - we stayed at hotels near the fisherman village so we didn't have to commute or even get out of the hotel, surrounding the hotel you will find small local shops and restaurants 7-10 min walk but it is not a busy area at all and as the hotel is peaceful and quiet so is the surrounding area.

Beach - this is a beautiful beach and you can even find sport activities in the hotel not too extreme.

Room - I think probably all the rooms are with a sea view, we booked one of the villas and it has traditional Thai style with wooden floors that we love.
It is great that in the morning you can just drink your tea or coffee on the balcony of your room.

Food - the breakfast in the hotel was amazing, because it is low season and the buffet was not big (but it was one of the best that we tried in our thai travels) but we had the option of ordering from the set menu, and every time it was so fresh and tasty.

Dinner- we had the pleasure of eating in the hotel for one night and it was great, top notch food and had this amazing manchego cheesecake dessert (yummy)

During the day we had the pool pizza and drinks which was good, they have a kids menu as well and the prices are reasonable for a resort.

Staff- from the minute you step in the staff knows who you are and they're very helpful and professional. Our little one enjoyed the attention she got from the staff that always came to her with a big smile.

Even when we wanted to extend our vacation at the resort they helped us with the phones to the airline company, and got everything done so we won't have to spend our time on bureaucratic stuff.

We love traveling in Thailand this is one of the countries that we come back to and we went to a lot of hotels and resorts in the area and the southern Islands, and this is one unique hotel if you're looking for a very peaceful and relaxed type of vacation we definitely want to come back soon

As part of the Belmond family, Napasai maintains the highest standards as any other Belmond location. The hotel is a true 5 star location, with rooms having incredible sea views, all being independent villa type. The hotel is also located on over 20 hectares of land, ensuring total privacy and having a lot of outdoor facilities. Cleaning took place twice a day, the rooms being impeccable daily. The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming, with a smile on their faces every time and the two lady managers made sure every day that nothing was missing for our comfort. Also, the food at the two restaurants was delicious, impeccably prepared. Thank you for this wonderful 10 nights holiday.
