This hotel is nothing short of Amazing.
The rooms are spacious and extremely clean. It makes you jump right into your comfort zone.
We had a pool in front of our balcony which was again so nice. The staff here is extremely friendly and warm. They’ll make sure to have a conversation with you and ask you about your day and help you with other things on the island.
You have to cross a small road to get to the beach and bigger pool area for which there is security which was so thoughtful. I can’t get enough.
The pool area connecting to the beach was so quiet and serene you could just relax listening to the waves. The game area was so fun, being adults without children we spent 2 hours in there. It was truly difficult leaving this place.
Will be back for more. Couldn’t recommend this place more.
Amazing hotel! The room was so big, beautiful design. The pool area is fun, lots of place to hang, took kayaks for free and enjoyed the view. 20 min walk (with kids!) to the night market in Lamai. Our son was injured in the water slide and the staff kept asking about him and sending him stuff. We also enjoyed a cooking class in the hotel as part of the deal we bought and we super liked it! Also the kids club is great, the gaming room and the free cocktails happy hour. It was so hard leaving this hotel…

I’m not a huge fan of resorts but I had a great time at this one. The staff were really friendly, the kitchen food was great and most importantly the private beach was super clean. The buffet breakfast and seafood buffet was ok, but the food off the menu was really good. It’s pretty close to town so local restaurants with Thai food aren’t that far. There is also a really good French patisserie about 10 minute walk into town. It’s full of French people so it must be good! Anyway I had a great time even as one who doesn’t usually like resorts.

Nice hotel and staff are great breakfast is great and pools are nice and clean. The rooms are super clean with great aircon and comfy beds so on this front we have absolutely no complaints.

The hotel does have a few issues though. If you are a couple looking for a relaxing romantic break this place is not for you. The pool area is teeming with kids screaming all day. If you are a family, the kids will love the place. There’s is much to do for them but there is no segregation unfortunately.

Our other issue was the drinks. They are expensive for Thailand. 330mm beer is £3 and a coke is £2.30. That is a lot for this part of the world. A beer/coke of the same brand in the shop across the road is less than £1 pound. Trust me over a few days/weeks this ramps up massively. What’s also cheeky is if you did go to the shop you are not allowed to drink them around the pool.

Foods quite pricey too! I’d suggest going down to Andre’s bar just a few minutes walk along the beach. It’s much cheaper for drinks (large beer £1.80) and food is fantastic and also super cheap.

All in all not a bad resort but these small issues do ruin you experience somewhat.

Clean and quiet rooms
Clean and quiet beach. Sea was calm, so you can easily swim. Fortunately no music on the beach, so you can relax to the sound of the waves :) the street to the beach is easy to cross, as there is staff to help you!
Food was also very good
