One of the most remarkable resorts I have visited. Everything was perfect - accommodation, dinning, guest service were all 10/10. We were so fortunate to have Beauty as our Villa Host. She took such great care of us and went above be and beyond to organize very memorable trips for us- she even followed up during each of the trips to make sure we were having a good time. The resort collected us from the airport in a very comfortable mini van and explained each of the areas of the island as we made our way to the hotel. All staff were fluent in English and made sure our needs were always taken care of. The rooms were amazing - we had a two bedroom suite with the most comfortable beds and pillows, amazing showers and both an infinity pool and hot tub! Could not recommend this hotel enough- we will certainly be looking to stay at a banyan in the future. Thank you Beauty and Team!!!

This place is the best I have been to. Staff are great, they have all ammenities for the guest to be welcomed and enjoy their time before and after having a spa treatment. Nee was my therapist for the day and the Classic Thai massage was my choice. She listened to me and I got the correct pressure and the areas I wanted the massage to be focused on. I feel renovated after this session. I’d come again for another massage!

We had an amazing stay at the Banyan Tree Koh Samui. A special thanks to Anna and the team for their incredible care and attention to us and our son—it really made us feel welcome and looked after.

The villa was beautiful and comfortable, and we were impressed by the attention to detail throughout the resort. The food was excellent, and we always felt like the staff genuinely cared about making our stay as enjoyable as possible.

The kids club staff were fantastic with our son.

Overall, it was such a memorable experience, and we’ll definitely be back.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Banyan Tree Samui.  We were stunned by the view from the villas perched on the mountainside.  The rooms are designed to take maximum advantage of the view from every room.  We enjoyed family conversations in the hot tub and at the table overlooking the bay.  But perhaps we were most impressed by the service levels, especially by our friendly concierge Chan and the staff at both restaurants and the spa.
