Very old but authentic Thai-Chinese restaurant with a lot of good dishes, especially the famous crispy deep-fried noodles that they have earned the reputation of the favorite King Rama V dish back then, the place to visit if you have time!..,a bit difficult to travel to but worth every bites on the food!...

Family friendly atmosphere with a variety of menu selections. Ordered 2 dishes of the signature crispy noodle, a good half an hour wait it finally arrived, but unfortunately, the impression fell short of expectations. For 200 Baht per dish, the portion was rather small with only 2-3 pieces of small shrimps. Overall, it doesn't feel like it was worth the price.

As recommended by Michelin, their signature dish, the deep-fried bee hoon, was exceptionally fragrant and delightfully crispy without being tough. It offered a perfect blend of sweetness and savory flavors. To savor the crispy noodles' texture, I preferred adding the condiments directly into my mouth rather than mixing them in. It was a unique taste experience that I would recommend trying if you're in the area!

2) 🐟 Fried Curried Fish Cakes (2.5/5)
Suggested by a YouTuber, we decided to try the seemingly ordinary curried fish cakes. Unfortunately, they turned out to be quite ordinary indeed. They had a slightly tough texture, a mild curry flavor, and some rather peculiar long beans that didn't absorb the curry's essence. The accompanying sauce was rather mediocre.

3) 🍳 Fried Oysters with Omelette on a Hot Plate (2/5)
The oysters in this dish were too fishy for my taste, and the omelette lacked the desired crispiness and fragrance, even though I tried it immediately upon serving. Additionally, the nearly raw bean sprouts overshadowed what little fragrance the omelette and oysters had. While the dish was also overly oily.

The staff, including waiters and cashiers, were exceptionally friendly to foreigners and non-Thai speakers. They also appeared to offer parking for their customers and even assisted with providing sun covers for cars to keep them from getting too hot inside.

While the shop's interior might show its age a bit, it's air-conditioned, well-maintained, and very clean.

The total bill amounted to 480 Baht, which might be considered expensive but reasonable, especially given the Michelin recommendation.

However, considering the price relative to the quality of the food, I would suggest trying the crispy noodles once out of curiosity and saving your money for other dining experiences in the future.
