This place simply made me remember  how much I am in love with the history of trains, especially  since the country that I come from used to have trains but not anymore. This place is not to be missed. It is small in size but rich in the items it holds. The train front and driving pit were amazing.  If you are passing by, stopping by this place is a must.

Well, this is just a tiny room in the train station with a few items, most of them without explanation. It's OK to go there if you take a train and have to wait till departure. The museum is tight next to the platforms and for free.

This is a great little museum in the train station.   It is one room, but it is packed with exhibits and information relating to the Orient Express and general train information.   You can spend 40 minutes if you read every information sign. Nice museum if you're interested in trains, the Orient Express, or just need something to do.

A really nice way to spend the afternoon. Free to enter. I’m not even a train person and I really loved learning about the history of trains both in Europe and in Turkey. They have an audio guide you can download onto your phone and it was very good. I stayed there for an hour listening to the whole thing. This station is at the end of the Orient Express so any Agatha Christie fans will enjoy learning more about its history. They even have an old train right in the front your kids can play on. Afterwards I recommend visiting the Orient Express cafe and grabbing a tea or coffee.
