Don’t bother. Unwelcoming- first thing we’re told is when they are closing (which meant we still had an hour - way to lead an intro to your establishment). Didn’t want to serve us a hot coffee because they decided to clean the machines early?! We just walked off- NOT Four seasons standards

Open Space Set-up gives good comfort. Feel free to inhale fresh air. Happy to spend time with family. Well designed Infrastructure. Food with good quality and variety. Tasty to have. Perfect Customer Services. I like to revisit and recommend others to visit.

By far the best terrace where to enjoy a drink with a incredible view on Hagia Sofia. You will enjoy also live music on Wednesday and Thursday, this drink bar is inside the Istanbul Four Season, highly recommend at sunset!

Dear Four Seasons Sultanamet Istanbul Turkey management,  it is the 1st time after so many contributions into googleMap reviews to spot fake reviews.  Something is really wrong on those people who had posted 4 to 5 stars to the Aya Lounge.  It seems done intentionally due to many negative reviews. Seems Unethical for a Four Seasons hotel standard.  Please 🙏 look into & address the issue.  I will be keen to be invited to have a genuine review to the place. Looking forward to hear from the Management of Four Seasons Sultanamet, Fatih, Istanbul, Turkey.
