Everything was really nice, but I just think that nothing can justify the price of the add-ons. I think they’re overpriced even though the caviar shrimp dish was amazing. The rest of the meal was still a solid 8 out of 10 but not incredible. The service was 10/10 amazing i didnt mind the automatically added service charge it’s fine.

This restaurant is really quite something. The entrance….. I won’t spoil the surprise. ;). The food over all was incredible, the sashimi course was on another level of great. The staff were so attentive and welcoming. We have eaten in some of the best restaurants in the world, this is up there with them. Great work and thank you the amazing team that looked after us. In particular the sommelier who was a warrior throughout.

This was a wonderful experience. We ordered the sushi tasting menu, and although the wine pairing was unavailable that night, the sommelier crafted sake pairings for us that were excellent, as were our cocktails. The nori waffle starter was our favorite, and we preferred these non-sushi courses (which were incredible) to the course of nigiri (which was just fine). As far as one-star Michelin restaurants, this is clearly well-deserved.
