My mother and I had an incredibly pleasant three-day stay here. The staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The hotel was spotless and well-maintained, though the room was slightly small and the soundproofing could have been better. However, these minor shortcomings were easily overshadowed by the staff’s genuine hospitality, which truly made our experience memorable.

A good hotel plays an essential role in a successful trip, and the attentive service and thoughtful management here exceeded our expectations. Moreover, the hotel’s location is outstanding, making it an excellent base for exploring the area. We are truly grateful for the wonderful experience and would happily recommend this place to others.

1 star for the friendly and helpful staff.
1 star for the convenient location.
1 star for the clean and comfortable room.
The restaurant terrace is very nice and offers a pleasant atmosphere.

Minus:
The breakfast was very poor and limited in options.
The cocktails at the restaurant were disappointing and lacked good taste. (Not cheap)
While the location is quiet, the room insulation is terrible. You can hear everything: people talking in adjacent rooms, noise from the restaurant and music upstairs, footsteps on the stairs, and even the sound of showers in neighboring apartments.
The electric light in the room constantly blinked like a disco club, making it difficult to sleep.
The shower temperature was unpredictable, swinging from freezing cold to dangerously hot, which could easily cause burns.
The biggest issue occurred during the night. At 2 AM, someone tried to open our door with a card. While the main lock opened, I had fortunately locked it from the inside with a key. The person tried for several minutes, which was terrifying. Five minutes later, the receptionist arrived and apologized, explaining it was his mistake for assigning our room to other tourists. This was extremely unsettling, and I can only imagine how much worse it could have been if they had entered while we were sleeping.

Probably the best ever costumer service experience I've had during my several visits in Türkiye.

The staff are amazingly nice, friendly and welcoming. with a few minor improvement, this could be one of the top best Hotels in the vicinity. I hope they receive a good award for the work they do as their attitude makes a huge difference while you are staying in a hotel. I like to thank them all here again.

The Hotel itself is in a great location with a top notch Restaurant and beautiful roof top (Prices are spicy though to compare with other places around).

You would also have access to their other branch for a 24/7 lobby with free coffee and tea. I think this is because this hotel itself doesn't have such features due to its building structures. It is an historical and beautiful building in the middle of Istiqlal street with access to almost anything you wish.

- The breakfast is one of the best parts with amazing staff waiting for you with a welcoming smile. we spent almost 2 hours every morning there! : )

However, there are a few suggestion I'd like to add.

- Although our room was booked as a Specious king bed Room, but it was really small, with no side beds or any space for the languages or to sit comfortably. the beds were twins fixed together and not a king size, which added some discomfort. The management tried to book us in a different room but unfortunately there were fully booked.
- The cleaning staff were tiding up the rooms every day but we didn't notice any hoovering or moping in the room. Toilet and Hammad were not disinfected either during our stay. We were not fuss about it to have it cleaned every day, but at least once or twice during a week of stay would have been nice.
- As we were on the ground floor, the cleaning cupboard was located in the access corridor to the rooms which had left some marks on the carpet, probably from bleach, which was a bit unpleasant to compare with the rest of the floors which were well decorated.
- Maintenance is definitely required as you can see some marks and defects in the rooms.

I would have loved to give them 5 stars but the items mentioned above made me drop one star to be fair on my feedback.

After all, I would definitely give this hotel another try if I go back to Istanbul.

Super cute and pretty rooms. The design is very charming! Doesn't look cookie cutter "hotely", looks more like a quaint destination.And the rooftop restaurant is very pretty with a great view.
Perfect location - at the heart of the main  taksim square area with many shops, restaurants etc, but not on the loud main street, it's tucked in a cozy side street.
The rooms and bathroom are very clean, the shower water pressure is heavenly after busy travels.
Finally, the staff are super friendly and helpful. They helped with all our huge bags, with honest recommendations, booking tours and taxis.
Great value for price, highly recommend!!

The best location in the best part of Istanbul! Staff are extremely friendly and helpful, anything you need just ask and they will refer you to any location or service. Hotel also has a really good Turkish restaurant so in case the weather is bad or cold or in my case everyday, you can always go up to the 9th floor and eat the best that the Turkish cuisine offers! Locks are electronic with a card and you can even join 2 rooms together if you are traveling in a group. You can order room service as well for anything you need. I have stayed in both Ayramin hotels and this new one is definitely a great place. Also breakfast is fantastic!! Anytime myself or my family is in Istanbul, we always choose Ayramin!
