The workshop was so special and fun. Benjamin is a great instructor and has a lot of knowledge about the history of perfume and how to make it. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone coming to Istanbul!

I went to the coffee and lamp workshop together on Saturday afternoon. It is a workshop held in an old historical place with a well-decorated Turkish atmosphere.

Coffee lasts for two hours and lamp lasts for three hours. I recommend that you contact the Google Map phone number and WhatsApp in advance to make a reservation. Both classes are taught by friendly and professional instructors.

If you are tired from walking a lot in Istanbul, you should definitely try this. The coffee set and lamp they provide are of reasonable quality.

1. Coffee work shop
You will learn about the history of coffee and the interesting Turkish coffee culture. She is the kindest and most knowledgeable teacher among the four guides I have had during my trip to Turkey. She is also well-versed in astrology. I was comforted when I was depressed after an accident while traveling, thanks to her heartwarming explanation of the coffee shop.

2. Lamp workshop
The lamp teacher has an excellent aesthetic sense. Even if I am not good at art, I can make a wonderful lamp with her kind advice. We were with about 12 travelers from different countries, and the instructor created a warm atmosphere by talking to everyone appropriately and playing lively traditional Turkish music. The lamps we made were well packed to prevent them from being damaged during the trip.

It is really an event worth attending. We chose this coffee event to explain Turkish culture in detail to our friends from abroad. Mrs Aleyna took care of us very well. Since she is both an archaeologist and a tourist guide, I realised that she understands tourist psychology very well and can manage it. I will definitely always come with my foreign guests from now on. I recommend it to everyone. You will have a very different experience in this authentic and historical inn. Very nice workshop. Marwa was so so kind and helpful. She would show you, help you and was always praising all of us. We were group of 3 and are leaving with 3 beautiful lamps. Was very calming experience with lovely music in the background.  Thank you.
