Beautiful hotel with the most gorgeous and spacious rooms. The breakfast is absolutely amazing, with different variations every day. Ideal location as it’s close to all the great landmarks, amazing price and the hotel staff are all lovely! Only slight caveat is that their air conditioning is only on during April- October. Will definitely book again but will ensure to book during those dates!

Excellent location next to subway and tram. Beautiful building but bathrooms need some attention although still good but not great. Good wifi. Service from the lady at the spa was excellent and friendly. Free use of the indoor heated pool and sauna. Water was replaced daily and room has safe and fridge

I spent 4 nights here and booked a double room with breakfast. The location is very good, just a 3-minute walk to the tram station. The room is okay, considering it’s located in the old town, so I didn’t expect much. However, the biggest issue was that my room was in another building, and I had to use the staircase to go up two floors. The receptionist did not inform me about this. The cleanliness was okay. There was no chair in the room, and it was not soundproof at all. I could clearly hear people talking on the street, the morning prayers, and the tram passing by.

I am extremely disappointed with the experience at this hotel, particularly due to the unprofessional and rude behavior of the reception staff. My family was staying at this hotel, and as a visitor, I expected to be able to see them in a respectful and welcoming environment. However, the reception staff refused to let me visit their room, instead forcing me to wait in the lobby for an unreasonable amount of time.

The staff displayed a complete lack of customer service, treating me with disrespect and showing no willingness to accommodate even a simple request. Their dismissive attitude and unwillingness to provide any reasonable explanation for this policy made the experience even more frustrating.

A hotel should prioritize hospitality, professionalism, and guest satisfaction, but this establishment failed in all aspects. If this is how they treat visitors, I can only imagine how poorly they treat their paying guests. I strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to look elsewhere if they value good service and a welcoming atmosphere. This was an unpleasant and disappointing experience that I would not wish on anyone.

Very nice Hotel situated in Sultanahmet, with easy access to public transports and 10 Min walking to S.Sofia and Blue Mosque. The people working in Miss Istanbul are very nice, smiling and welcoming. The SPA is really nice, a precious gift after visiting Istanbul, with opening time 11-22 so you can enjoy it even before dinner.
