Dinner with a view, live music, great wine and a service which is second to none.  Our dinner every night was like we’ve never tasted anything like this before.   I am gluten and dairy intolerant, Valcin and his staff went out of their way to make sure, I had a different meal every night.  Do try their Turkish red wine, absolutely amazing.   Thank you everyone in the restaurant to make our holiday and evening extra special.  Thank you very much.  👍

The room we’ve got was quite oldish to be honest, however, the service is superb. Location of the hotel is also great, right next to all attractions, the grand bazaar etc. at the time we stayed in, the road was somewhat closed and it’s generally difficult to get a taxi in the downtown. However, it shouldn’t be a problem for you if you decided to stay in old town.

Breakfast buffet is also nice, the quality is good, the choice is good as well.

Overall, given we only slept in the room and didn’t have time to think about it being old with some issues, the stay was pleasant.

I recently stayed here for four nights with my father who is elderly and in a wheelchair. When booking, I didn't realise that the hotel sits on a long sloping, cobbled street up which taxis aren't allowed to come until after 9pm - so this definitely complicated our stay.  But having said that, it was near everything on our to-see list and we had a hugely enjoyable time because the staff are absolutely wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble, ever - and if we wanted to go anywhere, they would bring out the hotel buggy, help my father out of the wheelchair and into the buggy -  no easy feat so taking two men at a time -  and gave us a lot of helpful info, doing everything with such charm and kindness that we were really impressed. We didn't have the breakfast so I can't comment, but the rooms were fine and very clean, and the hotel overall is attractive and well-run. The head of 'front-of-house' staff ,whose name I now can't quite recall, was brilliant. Highly recommended.

The room was very clean and housekeeping was done daily. Staff was very helpful and accommodating with all our requests. We would especially like to recognize Azim at the concierge desk who was extremely knowledgeable and very patient in answering our questions and helping to plan our stay in Istanbul.

Good location. Super helpful staff. Decent breakfast. Not the best. Rooms are fine and comfy. Consider that rooms to the street side doesn’t open fully and might get a bit hot despite the cold outside and A/C turned off. But staff was super helpful and bring me a cold fan.
Has a lot of restaurants of all kinds nearby.
Overall good experience, hotel has a good vibe.
