The entry is free of cost (probably the only free tourist spot in Istanbul lol), and it's spectacular. The whole Ottoman style architecture is Jaw-dropping and you feel calm and peaceful inside the mosque. Incredibly gorgeous mosque in the old part of Istanbul that is also considerably less visited than the Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque but just as impressive, and a peaceful place to enter. The mosque is a fantastic example of Ottoman architecture and Islamic design in Türkiye. It’s a must when visiting, even if you’ve already seen other mosques, it has a great vibe.

Both the interior and exterior of the mosque are incredibly beautiful. The intricate designs, soaring domes and elegant arches inside create a peaceful and spiritual atmosphere. Walking up to the mosque is an experience in itself. For an easier climb, approach from the southwest side near the Grand Bazaar. Walking from the Golden Horn side involves a steep uphill journey, so plan accordingly. Inside, you’ll also find Qurans available in several languages, a thoughtful touch for visitors.

It shares similarities with the Blue Mosque but feels less crowded, allowing you to fully appreciate its splendor. Highly recommended for its beauty, history and tranquility.

Beside the tomb of Sultan Suleiman "the Magnificent" is the majestic Suleymaniye Mosque.
The surrounding is nice place to stay while seeing the Bosphorus Strait. When I visited, a lots of people (with family) having picnic, taking pictures and going inside the mosque.
Inside the mosque, the architecture design is marvelous.
Spacious place with red carpeted.
Remove shoes/slippers/boots or the likes before entering inside the mosque.
No ticket needed and open to everybody but you have to abide and respect the rules.
