Bu kadar kötü bir organizasyon ve yönetim görmedim! Bir insanın zamanı bu kadar değersiz olamaz. Müzayede saat 10:30’da başlayacak dendi, biz il dışından kalkıp sabah 8:30’da oraya geldik, yerimizi aldık. 151 tane açık artırma dan saddece 14 tanesi açık artırma gerçekleşti,  sistem çöktü! Ne düzgün bir açıklama var, ne de çözüm. Saatlerce, 10:30’dan akşama kadar beklettiler ve sonra gelip "yarına erteledik" dediler. Online katılabilirsiniz dediler, saat 21:00 oldu, ne bir bilgi var ne bir haber. Telefonlara ulaşılamıyor, altyapı sorunuymuş, bilmem ne! 7 yıldır bu işi yapıyorlarmış ama sistem yok demekten başka bir açıklamaları yok! Bu kadar rezil bir yönetim ve müzayede organizasyonu olamaz. İnsanların zamanını hiçe saymak ve bu kadar ciddiyetsiz olmak kabul edilemez!

I have never seen such bad organization and management! A person's time cannot be this worthless. It was said that the auction would start at 10:30, so we arrived from out of town at 8:30 in the morning and took our place. Only 14 out of 151 auctions took place, the system crashed! There is neither a proper explanation nor a solution. They kept us waiting for hours, from 10:30 until the evening, and then they came and said, "We postponed it until tomorrow." They said you could join online, but it was 21:00, there was no information or news. The phones cannot be reached, it was an infrastructure problem, I don't know what! They have been doing this job for 7 years but they have no other explanation other than saying there is no system! There cannot be such a disgraceful management and auction organization. It is unacceptable to disregard people's time and be so frivolous!

Kanuni sultan süleyman araştırma hastanesi karşısında ve Tema istanbul konutları ile Komşu parselde bulunuyor. Yakınlarda Happy market, carfour ve 1 tekel bayi var. yine yakınında 2 den fazla eczane bulunuyor.
