I had a wonderful stay at this hotel mansion, where the relaxing area featuring a pool and jacuzzi was truly a highlight. It provided the perfect escape to unwind and rejuvenate. The breakfast was impressive, offering plenty of delicious options to start the day right. Additionally, the rooms were nice and cozy, making it a comfortable retreat. It was one of the worst experiences in my life! The staff was so unprofessional from the beginning.
Starting from the fact that we had an early flight, and came to hotel around 5am, and our check in was at 2pm.
We asked the receptionist If they could provide us entry to the room earlier than 2pm, which they refused, and wanted to charge us 115eur per person for three of us.
It was a very expensive option to take  for a few hours earlier entry.
In every hotel I’ve been, nobody charged an extra money for earlier entry, everyone were helpful and let us enter the room, If the room was ready to take guests.
Here, the staff wanted to charge everything they could.
When we exchanged money, they gave us 15 euros less at the amount of 100 eur.
In hotel restaurant they didn’t have any plant based milk for coffee, which is outrageous for a five star hotel!
The rooms wasn’t clean as it should be in one five star hotel.
When I wanted to use hotel pool, the staff didn’t let me do it, because I didn’t have swimming hat. Of course, they wanted to charge me an extra money for using swimming hat.
Location is awful, in the middle of some highway. When we asked for car rental on the reception desk, they gave us false information. They told us that the foreigners are not allowed to rent a car in Istanbul, which wasn’t true. Later that day, we normally rented a car.
Of course, Lema clinic is responsible for such a bad positioned hotel, and they are fully responsible for not making a better deal about check ins and other stuff.
Anyway, it wasn’t a pleasant experience at all. I  don’t recommend this hotel to anyone and I also don’t know how is it possible that this type of hotel have five stars.

My experience at this hotel was truly magical and life changing. The hotel is extremely beautiful. It feels like you are staying in a royal palace. The spa and pool area is spectacular. The breakfast was so delicious. Overall it was an amazing experience that I will cherish forever.

I stayed here for surgery recovery, I had a disabled access room which was nice and big, and the bed also was large. The breakfast was delicious and a good variety of foods :) the staff are extremely helpful especially useful was room service bringing me free water and ice. My only regret is I did not see more of this beautiful hotel as I was feeling tired after my surgery, so I stayed in my room a lot. The location really is good to be near the hospitals but there is not much more around here if you don't drive.

First time in this 5 start hotel. It is in a very good location regarding the exhibition center where we are taking part. It has comfortable rooms with a very nice view and a good breakfast with many choices especially with local products like cheeses. It also provides many services and options such as a gym, swimming pool, roof garden bar, restaurant etc.
