This could be my favorite restaurant yet in Istanbul,I don’t have words to describe the food and service this place offers,it was very unplanned going here as I just searched on google 😃 but glad I went. It is expensive (6000tl a person)  but so so so worth it,just sit down,tell your waiter what you can/can not eat. And you will be more than amazed. There are bars and clubs in the same area as this restaurant so in case you want to continue your evening after a scrumptious meal you will find one right downstairs.

I am definitely going back here again and I can’t wait,the service is really good and if it’s busy just be a bit patient and you will be attended to.

Like I said just sit and enjoy yourself, if you don’t like the food here sorry but nothing can ever please you! Because YES EVERYTHING IS REALLY REALLY SO SO SO SO DELICIOUS

Been to very good restaurants, but this has to be by far one of the best. Amazing food, great service. We went for the Anatolian set menu and had a great experience. Highly recommend!!!

Definitely one of the good fine dining spots in Istanbul. We choose Alaf among many other alternatives and it did not disappoint. From service to the freshness and uniqueness of the food, everything was top notch. We selected Anatolian tasting menu and create your own menu options. The well known Anatolian dishes were served with the creativity of the chef. The main dish I choose was sakarat and didnt have such well done sakarat for a long time. The appetizers, desserts and surprise dish they brought over were all so delicious. Having these unique restaurants in Istanbul definitely added memorable experiences to our Istanbul trip.

Servers were extremely kind and knowledgeable and first thing they asked was any dietary restrictions and they followed through our dietary choices. Many of the items in menu can cater to vegetarians

Loved this restaurant and highly recommend if you enjoy and appreciate fine dinning.

What sets this restaurant apart was the waiting staff: our waiter(older gentleman) was phenomenal, felt like I was flying Emirates First class. He anticipated all our dinning need and delivered. He recommended a bottle of white wine based on what cocktail flavors we enjoyed. 👏🏽

One downside: tables surrounded were smoking and despite it was outdoors it still bothered us.

The portions were so so small, therefore we have went to a dinner after Alaf. I think they’ve misunderstood the concept of “tasting menu” They were like bringing one sip of every food -which were really delicious btw- from the kitchen.. The amount of money they ask for this amount of food is unbelievable. Sorry but no necessary to be there.
