I celebrated my birthday at Nicole in September 2024, and it was a great experience! The service was excellent, and the atmosphere with the stunning view was perfect. The dishes, with modern twists on Turkish flavors, were tasteful and creative. The wine pairing, featuring locally sourced small-batch wines, was spot on. They also brought a small cake with a candle and took an Instax photo to capture the memory. Although we spent around 500EUR for two, it’s worth it for a memorable dining experience in Istanbul.

If you are accustomed to Michelin starred restaurants, you won’t find Nicole particularly exceptional.

The food was good overall but not that of Michelin star level. The wine pairing was alright, promoting Turkish wines.

To be honest, the value of the meal did not match the price charged.

However, I must stress that the service and staff were really qualitative; they were very professional and thoughtful. Hats down to them.

We went in July 2024. It was one of the best experience. The wine pairing was perfect almost every time. The staff were really nice, and even if we were the last ones to eat, we didn’t feel rushed to finish our dinner.

great service - everyone was professional and attentive, and explained the food in great detail. i even got a cute polaroid photo to commemorate my birthday with the restaurant :)

food was perfect - im impressed at how the chef manages to balance flavors in every dish. my favorites were the first few dishes at the front of the course as everything was perfectly fresh and appetizing. wonderful meal overall with memorable ingredients. my fav part of the meal was actually the bread as the two different breads and butters they served made a mere bread dish stand out so much.

atmosphere was nice and quiet with lovely views.

We had an amazing dining experience at Nicole! From the moment we walked in, the service and elegant ambiance set the stage for an unforgettable birthday meal. Highly recommend for  a special occasion or for anyone who wants experience good fine dining in Istanbul.
