This hotel was fantastic, and I truly enjoyed my stay. The staff were professional, extremely friendly, and fluent in English—a rare find in Istanbul.

Starting with the lobby, though it was small, it featured a bar, a grand piano, an excellent restaurant, and, of course, the kind and professional receptionists. The hotel also had a spacious and well-equipped gym, perfect for workouts. Additionally, there was a small pool on the -2 floor, though unfortunately, no jacuzzi.

The location was excellent, situated in a great neighborhood. Despite being very close to Taksim and İstiklal Street, the hotel provided a free shuttle to Taksim Square, which was a convenient bonus.

The rooms were spotless and well-maintained. I stayed in a deluxe room, which was wonderful. The breakfast was exceptional, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options.

This hotel was my first different experience in Istanbul. The hotel rooms were clean, stylish and with modern decoration. The room size was a bit smaller than the standard but all the facilities were included in the same space. You shouldn't expect wow from the room view but since the hotel is in the city center the room view was normal. We stayed in 3 rooms where the rooms facing the street were better and the view at the back of the hotel was not very impressive. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the hotel staff. The reservation associate Mr. Nihat upgraded our rooms to the executive room with utmost respect and was very friendly. All the hotel staff were friendly and ready to work with us in a cheerful manner. Mr. Uucel and Akin helped us a lot to have a great experience during our stay at the hotel. The hotel breakfast was served from 7 am to 11 am which was a good time compared to other hotels. The breakfast variety and quality of the breakfast were very good and all were prepared from fresh and high quality ingredients. All the breakfast staff were polite and kind, especially Ms. Ozlem who kindly served us in the breakfast hall during our stay. The hotel shuttle was every hour to Taksim with a clean car, which was a good option to reduce travel costs with the high price of taxis and the bad behavior of Turkish taxi drivers. The hotel gym is very well equipped and has a large and modern space. The hotel bar has a space mixed with the hotel lobby, which was good in terms of quality, but you can't expect a professional bar with a separate space, but it was very ideal for a hotel in the city center. The BIM and A101 chain stores will be available within a 7-minute walk. In addition, the Visa fingerprinting center is a few steps away from the hotel.

The staff at the front desk were super friendly, especially Yucel, who took the time to explain all the amenities and room features to us. Really appreciated his patience and helpfulness. The hotel has everything you need – a great gym, sauna, massage services, and a nice restaurant. Felt really comfortable and well taken care of. Would definitely stay here again!

My family and I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. The cleanliness, breakfast, comfortable beds and service of this hotel were very good. The amazing thing was the excellent behavior of the hotel staff, including Mr. Aiken in the lobby and Mr. Royal in the spa area. The only downside of this hotel is that it is relatively far from Taksim Square, although there is a free shuttle service from morning to night once an hour.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Istanbul! We were greeted by Yugel during the check in process, and he made us feel right at home. He gave excellent recommendations to ensure took advantage of all that the city had to offer. The room was clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again in the future!
