Super lovely and original boho cafe with delicious coffee and breakfast and excellent service.
We tried Kurdish coffee, cheese omelette and Naftalin toast. The decor is original with many vintage items plus access to the toilet is through a fridge door! Resident cat is a plus🐈

I was feeling like I'm in a fairy tale waiting for the magic adventure to start, and I guess a lady with the cat is a wizard. It's a place for everyone who still has some childhood in his/her heart.
P.S. Coffee and service are good. Lady permitted to publish her photo, but I forgot to ask the cat for permission.

For me, this place was terrible! Yes, we knew there were cats, but they lie on the tables and sleep. They are not clean, indoor-only cats—they are let outside and then come back and sit on the tables! They can drink water from your glass, and while they will replace it, it’s disgusting. A cat will only be removed if it’s awake; if it’s sleeping, they won’t touch it.

The menu is small, but there are some options. My friends and I ordered Turkish meat ravioli—four portions. The waitress said they would take 20 minutes to prepare, but in the end, it took 45 minutes, which is unacceptable, especially since the café was almost empty. The ravioli were overcooked, the dough was too soft, the meat was tasteless, and everything was drowned in a huge amount of cold yogurt and tomato sauce. It was not good, and we couldn’t finish all four portions. The staff didn’t offer anything—not a discount, not even a small gesture from the café. Customer service was nonexistent.

At best, this café is worth stopping by for a cup of coffee and a photo of the old-fashioned interior. Some reviews said it feels like visiting a grandmother’s or aunt’s house, but if that’s the case, then it’s a house where the grandmother can’t cook and wasn’t really expecting you

A wonderful and warm cat cafe in Fener. Fantastic coffee and baklava. The wonderful cats are everywhere, they are very friendly and quiet, ready for cuddles! Remember that we are the guests in their home and not them, so if there is any discomfort with the cats, it is better not to go there 😺

Charming little café in Balat where cats will literally jump to your table for cuddles. They're very good at not toppling your cup of coffee over. The staff is super nice (both humans and cats) and the coffee is good.
