Our stay at this hotel was simply incredible. We arrived earlier than planned, but the reception staff kindly offered us a free early check-in. We were so happy about this since we were extremely tired.

The room was always tidy and clean, with comfortable beds. A very sweet and polite housekeeper changed the towels every day.

Breakfast included quite delicious dishes. The hotel is in a very convenient location, right next to a tram stop and the Grand Bazaar, which is a big advantage.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Istanbul. You won’t regret it!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The welcome at the reception was warm and professional, making me feel comfortable right away. Nurettin handled my check-in and check-out smoothly and was kind enough to provide helpful information about the area.
The room was spotless, with a comfortable bed. The hotel’s amenities were top-notch, and the breakfast offered a great variety of fresh, delicious options. The common areas were beautifully maintained, adding to the overall relaxing atmosphere.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable stay with excellent service. I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip!

What a wonderful hotel in the heart of the old city. Rooms are clean, shower is hot and water pressure is great. The housekeeping staff are absolute gems, I asked for extra water one day and they remembered to keep additional bottles throughout my stay. The breakfast can get a bit boring, but that's not a complaint, just an observation. The front corner rooms have good views.

My stay at this hotel was exceptional. The rooms were not only cozy and spotless but also beautifully appointed, creating a perfect environment for relaxation. What truly made my experience unforgettable, though, was the outstanding service from the staff. Ercan at the front office was especially kind and helpful, always greeting me with a smile and going out of his way to assist with anything I needed. Every team member was attentive and made me feel very welcome. Their professionalism and genuine hospitality made all the difference. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning!

Location of the hotel is commendable, trams are in close vicinity so no trouble of commuting to major tourist attractions.
Make sure not to book the economy room as it doesn’t have any windows and it’s really small too. We upgraded our room and the room was really spacious, clean with wide open windows and washroom was decent size too.
Breakfast spread is satisfactory with wide array of options.
