True cocktail haven! Honestly, I’m not sure if there’s another place in Istanbul with such a unique cocktail menu. The team is constantly experimenting with new recipes, and they update the menu regularly based on the season. The best part? No store-bought syrups—everything is made in-house, fresh and natural. Foamed boza, pulverized and shaped as christmas tree roasted chickpeas, kiln-dried parsley, ayran..

Their signature cocktails must be Mardini and Martı as they are very old in the menu. The bartenders are super friendly and love sharing the stories behind each cocktail, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. For intance, Halıperendân has Iranian Zereşk grapes in it so the name comes from Aladdin as eating these grapes while flying on his carpet.

Lastly, you’ll notice that some cocktails are served in copper mugs and prepared in silver-plated shakers from Soy, a brand owned by the bar’s founder, Emir Ali Enç.

This was a cocktail bar that I had been wanting to try and was curious about for a long time. From what I understand, the menu changes over time and they try new things. While the taste did not fully meet my expectations, the service and presentations were quite good. I might give it another chance.

Cocktails are 340TL (london, Australia prices) but quality, decent and good service.  It’s. A small bar no reservations the tables are on the street in a small pocket of pubs and bars in a district where the locals drink.

Super impressed with the inventiveness of the drinks. Each order comes with pickles. If you’re looking for inventive, fresh, proper quality cocktails this is the place for you.

Visiting from Toronto I made this a top spot to hit in Istanbul on my list and don’t regret it one bit. Ahmed the bartender was fantastic, made us delicious cocktails with the backstory of each. They use all seasonal ingredients sourced in Istanbul with a rotating menu of cocktails, the vibe, cocktails, and atmosphere was immaculate. Would highly recommend!
