If you want to see tulips, I suggest you come in April and May. The Tulip Festival is happening during these times. You should come early in the morning, it gets incredibly crowded. There is the Pink Pavilion, Yellow Pavilion and White Pavilion. You can have breakfast, eat or have a coffee at the Pink and Yellow Pavilions. It has a very enjoyable view. It is a magnificent grove with both greenery and a view of the Bosphorus. There are children's parks with different concepts in different places. There are tracks for children. But let me tell you, it gets incredibly crowded during tulip season. My favorite time is summer and winter. Because there is no one. You can easily have a picnic or do sports. Sometimes I take my computer and work in the grove.

Beautiful urban park with good access and parking, many walking paths, vantage points, gardens, playground, picnic/seating spots, washrooms. Limited cafe menu. Didn’t get to see the tulips as it wasn’t the season. Good for families. Easy walk to Emirgan coast (from small gate in that direction) and restaurants in that area.

The place struck me with its beauty. I was surprised by how big and interesting it is. Many gardens, ponds, alleys, and a wonderful view to Bosphorus.
