I do not recommend this shop. They are arrogant and actually he has sold me the wrong sleeping bag so I was very cold in Mount Ararat, where I slept at 3200 and 4200m and it was minus up to minus 20 at night. We froze so much that we slept bad and almost couldn't make it to the top. We slept with our inner clothes, trousers and jacket. When buying, among a lot of other stuff, I gave the information of where we are going, that it is my first time and I don't know much about mountain gears, and that the guide said that the sleeping bag should at least be " -5 comfort". He gave me one and said this will do. I saw it was "+8 comfort", but he said it was good enough because it went "-11 risk" and if I wanted warmer I had to buy feather sleeping bag which was almost triple the price. So I went along with it. Either should he say, I can't help you with information, I only sell; or he shouldn't have sold me that sleeping bag. I feel cheated because I knew nothing beforehand. If I have to do all the research myself on the net, then there is no point in having those shops either. Then I can just buy thing on the net.
