Martabaan truly impressed with its delicious, authentic Indian cuisine. Every dish was a flavor explosion, showcasing the chef's skill and passion. However, the service was a bit inconsistent, with long delays and lack of attentiveness. Despite this, the food alone makes Martabaan worth a visit. Would definitely return for another flavorful experience, hoping for improved service next time.

Big thank you to Chef Gaurav. I recently had the pleasure of dining at martabaan restaurant & celebrated my wife’s birthday with few of my friends. I wanted to share my feedback about the experience.

What I Loved:
1.	Ambiance: The atmosphere was elegant and welcoming, with a perfect blend of modern and traditional touches.
2.	Food Quality: The dishes were absolutely delicious, especially sigri avocado, dal makhanni which were flavorful and beautifully presented.
3.	Service: The staff was attentive, courteous, and knowledgeable about the menu, making the dining experience even more enjoyable.

Overall, it was a memorable dining experience, and I would highly recommend Martaban to others. Thank you so much chef Gaurav for providing such a wonderful place to enjoy great food and hospitality. I look forward to visiting again.

We recently visited Martabaan at Emirates Palace for the second time to celebrate our anniversary, and while the food had its highs and lows, the exceptional service truly made it an evening to remember.

Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Sushant and Riya, who greeted us with flowers—a lovely personal touch. Riya escorted us to our table, which offered a stunning view of the palace, setting a perfect tone for the evening.

Sushant's service was impeccable. He went above and beyond, personally preparing a hot toddy that was easily one of the best I’ve ever had. His attention to detail and dedication to ensuring we had a memorable experience was remarkable.

As for the food, though the chicken tikka could have been better based on our experience earlier , the mushroom dish, jacket potato, chicken Biryani and the dessert - tiramisu were winning dishes of the evening

That said, the warmth and attentiveness of the staff, especially Sushant and Riya, more than compensated for the food’s shortcomings. Their hospitality left us with wonderful memories of our special day.

The overall experience and exemplary service are reasons we’d still recommend Martabaan for a special occasion.
