We had an exceptional Iftar experience at The Edition Abu Dhabi, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Mr. Phyo. From the moment we arrived, he made sure every detail was taken care of with professionalism and warmth. His attentiveness, hospitality, and deep understanding of our needs truly elevated our evening. The dining experience was seamless, and his recommendations were spot-on, making it even more memorable.

This is my fifth EDITION property that I’ve stayed at and it’s by far my favorite. The staff here is the best I’ve ever encountered at any hotel across the board. Whoever manages the staff of this building is doing a great job. Kudos to you. I had reliable housekeeping each day With such detail and personalized room service. I was running out of toothpaste and they noticed so they left me a note and a fresh tube. They remembered my name when I walked in the hallways and said hello perhaps as an American I’m not used to this level of hospitality, but the Middle East really brought it. Food was also amazing. The pool was great though the view was not the best however I think that’s simply a matter of the area Still being developed. Tasha’s restaurant is also great. Five minute walk from the hotel. Give them a try too.

My stay at The Edition was a truly wonderful experience. The cozy and well-appointed rooms provided the perfect retreat, combining comfort and elegance in a way that made me feel right at home. The hotel’s restaurants were excellent, but the highlight for me was the breakfast at The Market Restaurant—delicious, fresh, and the perfect way to start the day.

A big appreciation to Emma for his exceptional service during breakfast. His attentiveness, professionalism, and warm hospitality made each morning even more enjoyable. I’d also like to extend my gratitude to Mohammed at the front desk for his kindness and efficiency, as well as the housekeeping team for their dedication in keeping everything spotless and welcoming.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a less-than-pleasant experience. We had a late check-in, which turned into a 3-hour wait with no explanation or compensation offered, other than a late checkout (which didn’t really make up for the inconvenience). The guest service was disappointing overall. The reception staff, particularly two men, were unhelpful and seemed disinterested in addressing our concerns.

On the bright side, the room itself was beautiful, which was the only redeeming quality of the stay. The design and comfort were on point, but the poor service and long wait made the experience frustrating.

Overall, I was expecting more, especially when it came to guest service. I hope the hotel improves its communication and staff training in the future.
