Amazing!!! Loved the food, portion sizes were absolutely perfect and food looked like dining in a Michelin star restaurant. So much attention to detail. Also we absolutely loved the fact that it was not too crowded unlike the other restaurants on Al Mamsha. We could relax and enjoy the food without noisy kids and guests. Will definitely come back again!

We had a great dining experience, the food was exceptional it was so delicious and I can say that the presentation was a piece of art. The whole experience from start to finish was outstanding and memorable! The team are super friendly, they went above and beyond to deliver an amazing service. Big shoutout to Omar, he was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable by explaining the dishes and recommended the signature dishes that were worth trying, dishes that you won’t get the chance to experience in other restaurants. My favorites were the salmon trilogy, grilled bone marrow and the braised beef cheeks. Don’t forget to check the wine list they have a great variety of wine. I had an incredible experience at Valgerand Nordic Grill! The food was absolutely special, with unique and flavorful dishes that truly showcase the essence of Nordic cuisine.
I was particularly impressed by their own smoker for the salmon, which added such a rich, smoky flavor, absolutely delicious!
The wine selection was top notch and paired perfectly with our meal. What made the night even more memorable was the exceptional customer service.
The GM Jad  personally checked on us which made us feel valued.
The entire team went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic Valentine's night. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for an unforgettable dining experience!

• A very nice restaurant on Saadiyat Island, a fantastic location, exquisite food, excellent service and a cozy ambiance. The location is right in front of the beach, with a busy promenade, and the place is pretty spacious, with tables both inside and outside.

• The service was very good, with a special mention to Omar, who made our experience even more good. His attention to detail, friendliness and professionalism stood out. Everyone at the restaurant provided a nice service, making our meal not just enjoyable but truly distinctive.

• The starters, Complimentary Bread Basket (0 AED), Salmon Carpaccio (70 AED), and Grilled Bone Marrow (99 AED), were very tasty, but I wouldn’t order the Bone again, the experience was good, but there was very little marrow. The mains, Honey Glazed Black Cod (176 AED) and Grilled Salmon (128 AED), were amazingly delicious and are highly recommended. The drink, Viking Voyage (30 AED), was also good, just like everything else.
