We came here based on suggestions of our friends, after two days it's actually well understood that the hotel is very nice, but also there are some minuses: no shower at the beach, but it should be, you need to walk each time to toilet to get shower; no garbage baskets near umbrellas; one of the main restaurant is closed, unfortunately no chance to visit. But anyway the breakfast is fantastic, one of the best we ever met; the beach is nice, the serviceman always nearby, the room is quite big for family. Hope we enjoye the remaining days.

My family and I recently stayed at the St. Regis Hotel and were thoroughly impressed by the luxurious ambiance and beautiful beach. The hotel truly provides a feeling of opulence and tranquility, making our stay unforgettable.

I would like to give a special mention to Francis, a staff member at the beach. His kindness and attentiveness stood out during our stay. When I accidentally spilled my drink, Francis promptly replaced it without hesitation. Additionally, he noticed that I had returned to my beach chair after leaving something behind and quickly came over to assist me.

Such exceptional service and attention to detail made our experience at St. Regis even more memorable. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a luxurious and relaxing getaway.

Beautiful hotel and an amazing beach and ocean.
unfortunately, needs renovation soon!!!
…and if you are not with kids or not into kids playing around you, this is not the best hotel for you.
at our time of being here there were constructions going on as well at the beach. no renovation tho.

I recently stayed at the St. Regis Hotel on Saadiyat Island and had a wonderful experience. I booked a room as a gift for my friends who just got married, while I stayed with my mom and daughter. There was a bit of a misunderstanding during check-in regarding a special offer, but the staff, particularly Elena and Lucky, handled the situation with incredible patience. They went above and beyond to ensure my friends' honeymoon was memorable and even informed all the staff we encountered about the situation. Every staff member I met addressed us by name and was fully aware of the check-in issue, which made us feel truly cared for. Elena and Lucky's proactive approach and attention to detail left a lasting impression. Thank you for making our stay so special. My family, especially my daughter, and I can’t wait to return. Although we live in Dubai, your hotel holds a special place in our hearts whenever we need to unwind.

Recently visited the hotel for a quick gateway. Experience wasn’t great and definitely expected much more for such a known hospitality spot. Room wasn’t ready on time and we finally got it, it smelled of cigarettes. After several discussions and complaints room was changed. Dinner at the Greek restaurant was not good at all. Food didn’t taste close to Greek. While being at the pool there was a group of people playing their own loud music and no one said anything to them that it could disturb others. We will not return having so many other great options around.
