Very tense and unrelaxing atmosphere with too many security guards around the beach and promenade, and security seemingly permanently stationed in front of shaded benches that make sitting there unpleasant

I was there just to take a picture for plants, the security guard talked to me from far away with not quite and politely, I said for him just I want take a photo and I will leave, he told me you should take a round and come from here , it’s not make sense, he should come near to me and tell me that it’s not allowed I will leave with apologize also
He really embarrassed me.
