The staff are good, well-trained & efficient. I'm being picky here, but it comes over as being a little clinical, sterile even. More efficient than warm might be a better description.
Overall, though, a truly great experience.
Interestingly, they also own the bar/restaurant next door, which seemed to have a warmer ambience.
