A truly incredible experience here, much more than what I had expected. Firstly it was a pleasant surprise to find this place inside WAFI Mall, which was decorated in Egyptian Architectural elements. It felt that through AYA Universe, we were entering into an otherworldly space inside the Pyramids or something connected to it.

The immersive experience, right from when you enter the central space is spectacular. There are different room with themes. The highlight is that they give you a passport and stickers and you can mark off the rooms you visit. My children loved this bit the most.

In each room you find a QR code, which if you scan will tell you about the theme of that room and also what kind of photos you can click from which vantage points.

The changing colourful lighting, the mirrored floors, the projected imagery, the music, all together create an ethereal feel. You can spend hours here mesmerized by the surroundings. The highlight is the ball pit, where again my children had a gala time, and the cylindrical fountain.

The staff here is very co-operative, always ready to guide, take photos for you and help you out. The washrooms are nice, again an other-worldly theme here too.

A very well thought of, meticulously designed experience. A must visit.

the place is incredibly cool!! I liked everything madly. I had a great rest, spent time with myself and immersed myself in this atmosphere. the experience was super. but I would like more locations, so that I could spend more time and see more. also the ticket is not expensive, only 30 euros

Amazing place!!

It feels like you are in a magical world. Must visit once at least.

There are a total of 13 rooms with different themes. They will give you one AYA Universe passport to mark as completed when you are done visiting the room.

Beautiful lighting and visual effects. Certainly something ti tick off and a very unique experience.  Numerous rooms all giving a different visual and audio effect.

Only downside was that it's very crowded and staff push to to go a certain direction without answering. Equally would add it may not be easy for the staff as they are dealing with various nationalities and it's not easy.

Highly recommended and worth booking tickets in advance to get a good price.
