Food: good. Cooked well, however ours lacked seasoning. We had the calamari, fettuccine Alfredo, and rack of lambs. For the price you pay, you expect it to be perfect, it was not. The portions are a bit on the smaller side. Drinks were made well.

Service: average. The waiters were not knowledgeable on their own menu. They kept delivering our food to the wrong table (right next to us), and they were unable to provide thoughtful recommendations on what to order.

Atmosphere: the only reason to go here. The terrace and fountains were a magical setting that made for a romantic evening!

Bice Mare is a charming Italian restaurant in Souk Al Bahar in Downtown. It is well positioned to have spectacular views of the Burj Khalifa and Fountain show. You couldn't be in a better spot to watch the fountains while dining in an outside setting overlooking the water. It offers a fabulous location and views!

What a fabulous italian restaurant Bice Mare is. Loved the food. Everything was par excellence.
The view is to die for! The Dubai fountain show is right next to you and amazing as always. Plz try thr Panacotta with 14 carat gold… Its toooo good!

A hidden gem tucked away in Souk Al Bahar. This place has the best view of the Dubai Fountains and Burj Khalifa. Even though it is July we opted to sit outside as they have coolers there and it was quite comfortable. Along with the breathtaking views, the food served was equally exquisite. We loved the Fried Calamari, the Salmon and the lobster. Definitely recommend .
