We were there half an hour before closing and there were a few croissants left and a small variety of baking so it is better to come early. The prices are the same as in most cafes in Dubai but the open area  a very simple interior. The pastries are very tasty if you missed Street Food you need to come here

The quality is exceptional, and the pastries are absolutely delicious.
While the prices are on the higher side, the cozy atmosphere and amazing flavors make it worth it. The coffee is excellent, and the morning bun is simply magical. The queen Aseeda was another standout, truly top-notch.

We recently visited Birch and while it may not be the most aesthetically striking café in town, what it lacks in appearance, it more than makes up for in quality.

The croissants are flaky, golden perfection, with every bite delivering layers of buttery goodness.

Their coffee is equally impressive—smooth, well-balanced, and exactly what you’d want with their delicious pastries and breads.

The simplicity of the setup allows you to focus on the real stars here: the food and coffee. It’s a true hidden gem with the kind of atmosphere that encourages you to slow down and savor the experience.

Definitely worth visiting if you appreciate expertly made pastries and outstanding coffee!

🥐 I want more of Birch’s stuff

Those who know me, know very well how I go weak over viennoiseries… so of course I wanted to try as much as I could. You see me cleaning the box till the last fallen flake, because ain’t no tiny bit going to waste!

🥐🧈 They don’t reheat the goods for you so they “don’t get soggy”, which is fine by me because they were delicious and still held a certain crunch by 10 AM. My brother would’ve preferred they’re hot.

▪️Hawt Dawg: That big angus frankfurter… gimme more of it. I would love to try this one fresh out of the oven.

▪️Almond Croissant: Properly filled, generous, sweetness just right

▪️Zaatar: Tasty and beautiful! Also not the type that causes acid reflux (at least it didn’t to my sensitive stomach)

▪️Puttanesca Danish: Its flaky layers will melt your heart any day

▪️By 10 AM, not all options were available. They take pre-orders from the day before, and some early risers beat you to your favorites.

📍🖼️ The hidden aspect of Birch adds the 5th star to this review. Minimally branded on the outside with cool art on the inside, the space is big enough for a quick coffee and breakfast, yet small enough to not spend hours there with your laptop.

💸 The total for 4 choices was 94 aed, which would be considered slightly high to some people, but the generous size of each is definitely a proper one.

we went at around 11am and the place was packed! finding parkings hard since it’s in the middle of Al Qouz. we couldn’t sit since the places really small so we had it for take-away. we ordered the Mega Cinnamon Toffee Bun, Shakshouka Danish, Zaatar Croissant, Chocolate Babka and The Classic French Apple Tart. i really loved the Shakshouka Danish, there’s no eggs it’s just tomato and cheese with some spices, it’s one of the yummiest pastries i’ve tried 10/10!! as well as the Cinnamon Toffee Bun, it’s really huge but so worth it, tastes like a cinnabon without the glaze, 9/10. overall, i’d come again for their fresh pastries, just wish the seating area was bigger.
