Please be careful leaving your children here without a parent. The staff have a policy where they cannot leave the premises if the child wants to use the washroom. Hence, they let the children go outside the premises UNACCOMPANIED to an ADULT washroom.
They did this with 5 and 6 year old children.
The parents were not informed either.
Upon asking, they mentioned they did not have the parents number registered (?).

Please be very very careful of this center with your children. Use the facility only if you are in the playarea with them.

Terribly disappointment in The Villa branch of Extreme Fun UAE. My children (aged 5 and aged 6) were  logged in today for an hour of play time During the time, we left to Spinneys which is about 25 to 30 meters away from Extreme Fun.
Upon completing an hour and picking up our children, to our utter horror and dismay, we found out that they (my son and daughter) were let out of your facility to use an adult (Gents) washroom UNACCOMPANIED.
Upon questioning your staff, it was mentioned to us that it's **NOT** staff policy to accompany a child to the washroom. This was not informed to us.
Alternatively, neither did the staff ring either of us parents to inform us that the children wanted to use the washroom.
They informed us there was NO REGISTERED number against the loyalty card shown.
I am absolutely shocked with the response we got from your staff confirming it wasn't their policy to accompany any child to the washroom, nor have the sense to cross check registered phone numbers. Along with this, we were offered a very very half heartened no remorse "Sorry" with no resolutions offered.
For an establishment set up clearly to manage children, these guys fall short of the service standards

I had my daughter’s 6th Birthday today , she had fun with her friends , the place is clean and not as big as other kids playgrounds( safe for the kids ), it was more than enough for 20-25 kids, the host girls there ( Cyra & Ailyn ) were caring and helpful , they made the party extra special with their  performances and the games were created for the kids, they take care of every single detail . the food was good too. As a parent ! ( Extreme fun ) @the villa branch is a stress - free birthday choice for your little ones. Forgot to mention there were Spinneys and Starbucks for the guests parents to enjoy their time while their kids in the party😉.
