Loved every moment from my experience at Jaleo. I went with my husband and another couple to celebrate the birthday of one of our friends and everything was top notch, from the starters and the variety of cheese and vegetarian options for me to the amazing paella to the beautiful food presentation, the music and the vibes and let us not talk about the mouth watering dessert that is unforgettable! Also the staff are so kind and very genuine and friendly.

Nice evening at Jaleo. Food was ok but not excellent. The paella was over-salted and we couldn’t finish it. The highlight was the dessert and the excellent service by Moheb. Despite the okayish food he made our evening unforgettable. Thanks Moheb!

The food was fantastic with authentic live spanish music and a great flamenco dancer. Be prepared to join her if you’re up for a dance.

I recently had lunch at Jaleo in the Royal Atlantis Dubai to celebrate my wife's birthday. While the food and interior were both amazing, the overall experience was marred by disappointing service. The culinary creations were a delight to the palate, showcasing a rich tapestry of flavors that truly reflected the restaurant's high standards. The interior design was equally impressive, exuding a vibrant yet sophisticated ambiance that set the stage for what should have been an unforgettable celebration.

However, the service failed to meet expectations. The staff appeared inattentive and uncoordinated once 170 guests were in, leading to long wait times to clean the table, and a lack of the personal touch that one would expect from a restaurant of this caliber. This disjointed service significantly dampened the excitement of the occasion.

Additionally, it was surprising to see that the restaurant did not leverage the prestigious achievements of its owner, José Andrés, including his two Michelin stars and remarkable contributions to the culinary world. Properly highlighting these accolades could enhance the dining experience, giving guests a deeper appreciation of the culinary journey they are about to embark on.

In conclusion, while Jaleo excels in food and ambiance, significant improvements in service and better storytelling about its distinguished ownership are necessary to elevate the overall dining experience to match the restaurant's potential.
