Worst valet t Parking Experience – Unacceptable Service!

I recently visited at ME Dubai by Meliá, and while the hotel itself may look impressive, the valet parking service was by far the worst I have ever experienced. I waited 30 minutes till one hour for my car, despite there being only three customers in total. This kind of delay is completely unacceptable for a so-called luxury hotel.

The valet team was slow, unorganized, and lacked professionalism. There was no sense of urgency, and they didn’t seem to care about the long wait times for guests. A hotel of this standard should have a seamless valet experience, yet this felt like an absolute mess.

If you are considering staying at ME Dubai and need valet parking, be prepared for frustration and unnecessary delays. I highly recommend that the management take immediate action to train their staff properly and improve efficiency. Otherwise, this poor service will continue to damage the hotel’s reputation.

I hope the management takes feedback seriously because this experience completely ruined what should have been a smooth and pleasant stay. Not worth the hassle!
