excellent atmosphere, great food, staff willing to meet all customer requests... dress code acceptable, even if you are wearing sandals or flip-flops, as such footwear is frowned upon in other establishments.... 😊🥰

Great place! The food was great ! We ordered sushi and chicken and beef burger which was very tasty 👍🏽👍🏽 the music and atmosphere was amazing, will definitely be back

Absolutely rude staff who don't even know how to talk to people or pass the right information. We called before coming and told them we are group of 5, 2 couples and 1 guy and they told is its ok if u come before 1. We came before 1 and they gave us drama and talked to us in a very disrespectful way like we are seeking an entrance to heaven.
Will never come here again and don't recommend anyone and out friend who is a tourist from France said its the worst club he ever been to and will not recommend to any of his friends. The manager who is supposed to be graceful was the rudest!

The club is nice looking. The music was quite outdated, but my group of friends had a blast with what was given. Until 1 am nobody was dancing, except the 15 of us, which I found weird. The atmosphere was great since we were making it great. Nice experience, although we were hoping for more out of nightlife in Dubai.

My friends and I were very disappointed with the way they treat their customers at Ora club! And yes I am talking about Ora club in Hilton on Sheikh Zayed road, so I know very well what I am talking about as I noticed in every single negative review , they dismiss the concerns and they accuse the person who writes they review that they are talking about another place . So let’s make it clear , I am talking about Ora! As soon as me and my 2 friends arrive , the lady at the reception doesn’t allow us in though we have called in advance to inquire about the club and how we can get in and if there is anything we should do or k ow in advance! We were 3 ladies wearing smart casual, with dresses and skirts though we did not wear heels but we were not in flip flops neither ! We dressed up the same way we did when we went to another night club rbis week and we were just fine ! I can’t believe after we call and the guy whose mobile number is on the website for reservation confirmed that we can come and never mentioned about a dress code , we drove from JBR in a crazy traffic all the way to Ora and we were not allowed just because we have no heels ! Well I think this is something you have to mention it under your logo if it is such a big deal ! What if someone has back problems and is not allowed heels ? What an unacceptable way of treating customers who are actually decent and respectful enough to call in advance and make the effort to inquire about the place and its rules and yet was not allowed inside ! Just like that no empathy , no understanding, not even an effort to make an exception specially that it is not like we were coming in beach clothes! We just did not wear heels! Anyways, Never again ! We were glad in a way that we did not go inside because the kind of clientele they have and that we saw going in , is never what we want to be around and do not reassemble us in anyway ! See you never !
