I recently stayed at the Revier Suite for a vacation from February 21 to February 24. The hotel itself was clean, with modern designs that created a pleasant atmosphere. The breakfast was amazing, and I must commend the restaurant manager for being incredibly professional and helpful during our meals.

However, I did encounter some issues with the room design. The layout felt cramped, with everything placed too close together. Unfortunately, I bumped my foot on one of the sharp angles in the room, resulting in a fracture. This was quite painful and overshadowed my experience.

Additionally, on the day of our checkout, I was frustrated when the luggage attendant took our bags and then disappeared just as my car arrived. I was visibly struggling to walk, yet no one at the reception offered assistance. We ended up having to manage our luggage on our own, which was disappointing.

While the hotel has many positive aspects, the room design and lack of support during checkout left me feeling dissatisfied. I hope they can address these issues for future guests.

Very clean room, great experience with room service, food, staff behaviour and response time, room and hotel amenities, hotel location and accessibility were really good. Great location at the center of the City and both new Dubai and Old Dubai are accessible conveniently with public transportation. They have bus shuttle service which is very good. Overall great place to stay when you are in Dubai. I would definitely come back again!

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed, and the level of service remained outstanding throughout our stay. The hotel is impeccably clean, and every time we returned, we were greeted by a delightful fragrance that made us feel instantly at home.

The rooms are beautifully designed and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Towels and bed linens were changed daily, ensuring that coming back to our room was always a pleasant experience. The lobby has a relaxing atmosphere, and we highly recommend trying the delicious smoothies available there.

Breakfast was another highlight—an extensive selection of both sweet and savory options meant that everyone could find something to their taste. The variety and quality of the food were truly impressive.

A special thanks to Sherly, who handled our check-in and check-out with kindness and professionalism, explaining everything in detail and making sure we felt welcome. We also greatly appreciated Shekar’s help with our luggage—his friendliness and efficiency made a great impression on us.

We’ll always have great memories of our time here and would gladly return in the future. Highly recommended!🥰

I absolutely loved the experience at the hotel restaurant, everything was amazing! The food is good, and the breakfast buffet has plenty of options to. For lunch, you can choose between the buffet or the à la carte and both are excellent.

The staff's service is top, always friendly and ready to assist with any request. The pool is also spotless, perfect for relaxing after a great meal. I will definitely return, not only for the food but also for the outstanding service and overall comfort of the hotel.

We were here for 1 night in a suite and found everything perfect! The design of the hotel and room were top, the facilities and the pool were good, the staff were friendly and they had free valet parking. We also used the free shuttle bus to visit the Dubai mall.
